Abstract :
To solve the problem that the traditional PID control strategy does not fit for the characters of strong nonlinearity, a large range of parameters perturbation and the existence of uncertain outside disturbances, a sliding mode controller based on proportional switching function was designed. The control effects on rotation speed of secondary regulation hydraulic system under a constant pressure, respectively by PID controller and by sliding mode controller were compared. The results showed that the hydraulic system´s responding speed and robustness were both improved obviously after using the sliding mode controller, which proved the proposed sliding mode control was valid for secondary regulation hydraulic system´s speed control.
