Abstract :
More and more attentions are paid to limit speed for national road in recent years; it has become a social hot issue in China. Reasonable speed management technology has been demonstrated to enhance the overall safety and efficiency of the road system. The purpose of the paper is to produce a speed management program for national road by investigation the status of speed, harmonizing mutual interests of drivers and governors, resolving social conflicts, which can not only improve traffic efficiency and capacity of national highway, but also promote service level to ensure people´s safe and convenient travel.
