Abstract :
By using a SCM as the core control system, and the IC CA3046 for the temperature-controlled chip, we design a technology to control the temperature of the transistor fast and precisely and this is based on the PWM comparator of the analog temperature-controlled circuit. The technology integrates electrical heating system, temperature sensor and transistor for detection in one semiconductor chip, and the SCM controls the chip´s temperature which aims at achieving the adjustment, control, measurement and display of the transistor´s temperature in the chip, also making chip work at a more stable temperature.
