Abstract :
Based on the Wardrop´s equilibrium adopted in traffic assignment, a new model for robust Wardrop´s user equilibrium is investigated in this paper and an aggregation function is employed to make the model accordant with reality. The results show that function describe the model is a nonlinear complementarily problem because of max operator. While aggregations function smooth the max operator by combining delicate smoothing strategy with the classic semi-smooth Newton method is potent. The numerical results testify the model is robust and the algorithm is effective.
