Abstract :
Information has great effect on technology innovation, because technology innovation begins with information acquisition, however, it finally presents itself in the materialization of information. In this thesis the DEA method is used to build an efficiency regression model. And then the information variables and the technology innovation variables are input into the model to calculate, the result shows that the four indicators, information development status, human resource information status, information infrastructure status, information resources status, have conspicuous effect on patents and new products of technology innovation, however, the effect of the information-oriented consume status and the popularization and the applications of information technique on the achievements of technology innovation is not significant.
