Abstract :
For DVT250 numerical control double-column lathe ram appears the problem of precision over standard in the precision inspection of item G6, according to mechanical theory to analyze actual structure and force, and research the bending deflection when ram runs in different locations by using classical mechanical theory, to require torsion deformation of ram under the action of cylinder thrust and guide screw pre-tightening force, and verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis through on-site detection, which not only provide a theoretical basis for engineering actual optimization design and performance prediction of ram, but also propose improving measures for reducing the bending deflection.
