  • Abstract
    Electronic control unit(ECU) of blend brake system based on electro-hydraulic servo control for heavy vehicle is designed and analyzed in this paper. The study makes full consideration of the requirements of high speed, heavy weight and fast braking for heavy vehicle. Through collected speed signals and pressure signals output by the main brake cylinder, the ECU analyses and judges logic relation between brake oil pressure and vehicle speed. Park brake and emergent brake are accomplished by the way of coordinating hydraulic decelerator and disc brake. The ECU of blend brake system based on electro-hydraulic servo control has many advantages, such as fast response, good reliability and simple structure.
