Abstract :
It is especially important to choose a parting line. Correct selection of a parting line may direct influence appearance on product and die machining degree of difficulty before machining a die part. However, in really machining a die part, choosing a reasonable parting line to simplify machining of a moving and fixing part sometimes needs a certain machining experience and skill. This article makes a comparison to different choices of parting line, analyses influence on a machining die part, and brings forward reasonable suggestions.
