Abstract :
In this paper, in view of the present situation of fault monitoring of the cooling tower fan operation. New cooling tower fan fault monitoring system is designed, which is based on a set of PC (as the host computer), the microcontroller (as the next crew to the new RS485 bus) and a new monitoring method. This paper mainly introduces the composition of the monitoring system and the monitoring principle of the new cooling tower fan blade shaft and the fault of blade. The method of monitoring improves the reliability of fault monitoring fan and reduces the fatal crashes of fan, which has good application value.
