Abstract
With the promotion and popularization of EIS in the world, how to improve its structural stability is becoming an urgent problem. Based on complex network theory, this paper tries to study EIS structure with two kinds of cases - "node" (enterprise in the system) and the "edge" (material and energy flow channels in system) subjected to random disturbances and intentional interference through two kinds of indexes - the structural stability and performance trends. After comparative analyzing on actual network samples and virtual network samples by Matlab, paper found that the "node" and the "edge" of the deliberate interference with the destruction of the structure to bring the whole network should be much better than the random disturbances. Paper suggested that it is necessary to protect the key enterprise and exchange channels during the actual operation process.
