Abstract :
This paper presents a method to simulate the electric fields on ship´s board in different frequency when high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) radiated to the sea surface from vertical and oblique directions, and researches on the characteristic of the electric fields. The work of this paper contributes useful efforts to look for the stronger electric fields area and will give useful help for research on the radiative characteristic when the HEMP radiates to the ship.
