  • Abstract
Crowded road, heavy traffic jam and the transportation system out of order have appeared to be increasingly intense under the enormous stress for the city transport created by people\´s commuting and interflow of commodities. At present many large cities have built up bus rapid transit systems and express railway systems on an extensive scale as the chief means to solve the above problems, which but can not spread all over each corner of the transport system of such cities. Base on the classification theory on road traffic, I bring in the "point to line" concept of urban public transport system, to establish a system which develops overall urban public transport system as assistance and meanwhile increases the operational efficiency of the urban high speed transport system, so as to meet the demand of the passenger on commutes and trips, reduce the running cost of the urban traffic system and also consumption of various types of energy resources.
