Abstract :
Designed a kind of two-stage inverter welding power of variable polarity, main circuit used the phase-shift full-bridge soft-switching technology and push-pull inverter circuits. CPU 80C196KC control system as the core component and PI control achieve a inverter closed-loop constant-current control; By setting parameters such as output frequency, positive and negative to implement second inverter waveform control. Experimental results show that the power design is reasonable and output waveform controllable, it can completely meet the technological requirements of aluminium alloy TIG welding.
