Abstract :
Adopts wolfram extremely argon arc welding (TIG) preheating add CO2 laser welding in pipe production line for 1.5 mm thick 409L ferritic stainless steel welding, and welded pipe welding joint microstructure analysis. The results show that laser welding ferritic stainless steel pipe with joints heat affected zone is narrow, the grain growth degree small, and cold forming good performance advantages, can well satisfy motor vehicle exhaust pipe production factory in subsequent all cold technological requirement.
