Abstract :
According to the quality problems in a gear enterprise, quality statistics tools are used to improve the quality of the spiral bevel gear, and the quality data is analyzed by using Minitab software. Firstly, the technological process of the spiral bevel gear is introduced, and the quality tool is used to define the main quality problem and improvement goals. Then, as for these existing problems, the orthogonal experiment is done and the improved effect is analyzed. Through the successful implementation of quality statistical tools, the spiral bevel gear unqualifiedly is reduced, the quality of products is improved, and the competitiveness of the enterprises and customer satisfaction are enhanced.
