Abstract :
According to the quality problems of box parts in enterprise, the six sigma theory and method are used in quality improvement of box parts and the establishment of 6 o DMAIC process. Firstly, the six sigma DMIAC procedure is applied to define the problems and set target for improvement, and measurement systems analysis and process capability analysis. Then, we do orthogonal experiment design for the quality improvements of gear box parts. At last, the project is successfully implemented, the process capability is improved largely, and production process is an ideal state.
