Abstract :
In the emergency response system of public events, emergency evacuation of the road choice is the important part. Based on the characteristics of emergency logistics, analysis of its target, difference and constraint conditions, summary relief supplies under emergency transport restrictions. Design of relief supplies, and reliable transportation and vehicle routing scheduling model. In this way the model is not completely interrupt the search under the premise of the target as a reliable path to evacuate, while reducing the transportation of relief materials to solve the complexity of scheduling problems.
