Abstract :
Maths Thinking not only comes from Reality, but also guides practice. Therefore, if Maths knowledge, Maths thinking and Maths Methods are applied in education management and the combination of various education resources, it can develop college students´ hard and soft skills and improve their core competitive power even with the limited time and money. Thus college students can show their advantages in vocational planning, humanism, creative abilities, vocational qualities and self-introduction abilities and succeed in employment competition. This article begins to explain the definition of core competitive power, and then puts forward that Maths thinking ways can be applied to optimize professional development projects. What´s more, various theme training activities are designed and carried out so that the matching of college students´, universities´ and enterprises´ competitive power can be raised. In a word, the effectiveness of educational activities can be raised.
