Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the data from the CNNIC reports on urban and rural, so to provide an understanding of the urban-rural information divide in China. The urban-rural information divide may be even greater significance with the information technology. The causes of urban-rural information divide are analyses and measures are explored to describe how the government attempting to address the issue.
