The application of MBTI personality type theory in the Bank management

At present, the staff of People´s Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Industrila and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China are in the transitional period of transformation, from the MBTI personality type theory perspective, this paper combined with the relevant the domestic and international application of M BTI research to explore how to select and recruit professional staff, how to help the stuff to make Career planning, how to achieve the best match between the stuff and the posts, how to build effective teams and management staff training, etc., which are not only related to the development of each employee, but also related to the Bank´s human resources and performance.
