  • Abstract
AGM model is the notable methodology in belief revision. But there are many AGM belief change operators when contract or revise a set of formulas by a formula. In order to obtain more useful belief change operator, researchers increase some interesting postulates to AGM postulates. On the one hand, Nebel give Prioritized belief change operator, a special AGM belief change operator, based on a relation over belief base/set. On the other hand, Parikh, Kourousias and Makinson formulated local belief change by the finest splitting over belief base/set. Naturally, whether there is a prioritized belief revision operator respects AGM postulates and relevance criterion or not? In the paper, we will answer the problem negatively by an example.
