Abstract :
Under the background of strategic alliance and industrial clusters being increasingly prevalent phenomena, the argument that the positive Hi-tech transfer mechanisms are an essential factor for entrepreneurial success has been given considerable attention. This study proposes the three-level enterprises Hi-tech transfer mechanism model including the macro-level view, mid-level view and micro-level view. The article examines the e-commerce dynamic environment model based on the instability, uncertainty, agility, complexity, novelty, address how to apply social network-based system to support interactive collaboration relationship in technologies transfer behavior and explore the improvement methods of the business processes agility based on Petri Nets and workflow analysis technology. Finally, the technology co-evolution view is structured.
