Abstract

Since the GEM of China was on board in Oct 23rd 2009.more than 200 companies have successfully landed on it, the growth has become a hot topic and many scholars researched on it. This paper pick up 153 Listed Companies which came into the market before the end of 2010 as samples, use Factors Analysis Method and Regression Analysis Method to do some empirical research, the empirical results show that the Listed Companies in GEM, whose debt-paying ability have a negative correlation on the growth, its operating ability, profitability, asset scale, assets structure, cost control ability and cash flow have a positive correlation on the growth.
