Abstract :
This paper proposes a credit evaluation and decision-making model for the enterprises to determine the credibility of the certified cost engineer in China. However, Personnel credit evaluation is quite different from enterprise credit evaluation. Both qualitative and quantitative criteria and information should be considered in the credit evaluation processes. Classification and regression tree (CART) is used in this study for it combines the two criteria. The indicators system of credit evaluation is established of 25 key factors, embedded within two broad categories-business credit indicators and practicing credit indicators. Finally, an example is provided for illustrative purpose.
