Dynamic capabilities of the Chinese Football Clubs

This dissertation is based on the ideas of dynamic capabilities in enterprise management science, it mainly discusses under dynamic circumstances, the effects of dynamic capabilities on Chinese Football Clubs´ abilities to enhance their own strength and to maintain their competitive advantages. It establishes a research framework of retaining a dominant relationship between the clubs and their resource integration capability, tradition evolvement capability, and function transformation capability. This article utilizes network resources, interviews, internal club documents, discussions with senior football insiders, external documents and many other information sources to establish a fundamental research database; on the basis of the research database, it adopts multidimensional regression calculation method, cause and effect planning to analyze data, through case analysis examines under dynamic circumstances, ShanDong LuNeng football club´s resource integration capability, tradition evolvement capability, and function transformation capability, thus, validates research propositions raised in this dissertation and in the process, reaches a conclusion: under dynamic circumstances, football clubs´ dynamic capabilities has a positive effect on the continuous maintenance of competitive advantages during the self development phase of these domestic club.
