  • Abstract
    Knowledge integration is an important research topic in the field of Knowledge management. Knowledge integration can help improve the level of knowledge management, enhance the capability of knowledge innovation and the capability of technological innovation, and form the core advantages. Therefore, how to evaluate the enterprises´ capability of knowledge integration becomes an important issue for enterprises. This thesis builds an evaluation index system of enterprises´ capability of knowledge integration, and proposes the evaluation model of enterprise knowledge integration capability based on Fussy-GRNN. And this paper conducts an empirical research. The method overcomes some deficiencies of the existing methods, and has some significance for the evaluation of enterprise knowledge integration capability.
