Abstract

21 century information industry will become the world´s leading industry. Highway Information Management Platform is an integral part of the information age. By analyzing the information management center in Tianjin highway information management status and problems, the paper proposes to construct a platform for information management using information technology to improve management and road capacity, so that road users feel safe, comfortable and efficient and achieve people, Vehicles, roads harmonious development.
