Abstract :
The development of circular-industrial parks is the effective way to achieve sustainable development, which is the direction of modern industry. Nowadays, how to evaluate the performance of circular-industrial parks quantitatively and scientifically becomes one of the research focuses. Eco-efficiency is the effective index which can be used to evaluate circular economy. It is a bridge and a quantitative description of the interaction between environment and economy. Based on the method of eco-efficiency, a set of eco-efficiency indicators of circular-industrial parks are set up in this paper, and then the eco-efficiency indicators of Tianjin Ziya circular-industrial park are measured and evaluated as a case study, so as to assess the comprehensive performance of the circular-industrial park by quantitative analysis, and provide some information for decision-making.
