Abstract
Using integrated evolution theory and complex system theory, the paper tries to understand the structure and evolution with in China regional industry ecosystems. With a case study of Tianjin, which has two important Areas -Tianjin Ziya Venous Industry Area and Binhai New Artery Industry Area, the paper regards it as a regional industry ecosystem and divided its development and system evolution as five stages, and then explains the casual factors leading to change in it. The paper focuses much on the venous industry and artery industry coupling which facilitated adaption to changing environment.
