Abstract
The assembly line in manufacturing, especially in the manufacture of electronic products occupies an important position. Considering complex optimization problems in assembly-line planning, establishing a mathematic model about assembly-line balancing planning, applying genetic algorithms which is based on feasible operation sequence could help to acquire static optical solution of operating balance planning. While building dynamic simulation of the production-line to authenticate and evaluate the Dynamic performance of production line running. The results fed into the planning process to fix the static planning, consequently improve and optimize the overall design of assembly planning.
