Abstract :
Based on the research of the process FMEA the method of MP-FMEA for aviation materiel was presented, which included the definition of the fault in the maintenance process and its mode. The cause of these faults were studied and classified, the calculation method for RPN in the MP-FMEA was also provided at the same time. At the end of this paper an aero-engine analysis example was used verify the feasibility of the MP-FMEA method. The MP-FMEA method of this paper would be fit for analyzing other kinds of complex materiel´s maintenance process to raise their maintenance safety level.
