Abstract
This article aims to address a info-structure to turning the situation of company from “data rich” to “knowledge rich”. Such model provides a new solution for companies to use both historical data and continuously updated project management data of enterprises to support project decision-makings. By using networking system, companies could mature their project management and increase the rate of success during conducting projects.
