Abstract :
Through discussing and analyzing the risk factors in operating environmental of the special dangerous goods destruction (OEDSDG), the paper identified the possible causes which led the accident. At the same time, consulted LEC evaluation ideas, combined with features of various factors, it proposed to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) on OEDSDG, and then found effective control measures to improve the operation safety. Finally, the paper took the OEDSDG of G class toxic substances as analysis case to verify the method reasonable.
