Abstract :
Under the new situation of coal mine safety developing and coal production increasing rapidly, the author analyzed coal mines safety status, coal mine human error and underground production operations problems, clarified that the meaning of Work Study is in accordance with the connotation of safe-efficient coal mine construction in China, and defined the connotation between safe-efficient Coal mine and work study, pointed out that using Work Study method can achieve the purpose of optimizing mine work procedures, methods of operation and operational actions, improving worker productivity, reducing the exposure time of risk in the work space and fatigue, and at last achieving safe-efficient coal mine production goals.
