Abstract :
By analyzing the current crisis response process for coal mine flooding to identify its problems, this paper proposes knowledge generation theory and improves the crisis response system of rescuing coal mine flooding. Finally, it analyses the systems before and after improved by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Results show that using knowledge generation theory can improve the efficiency of crisis response system to rescuing coal mine flooding.
