The development and state and countermeasures study of modern service industry in Guiyang City

Guiyang, a central city of southwest China, must accelerate the development of modern service industry and put it in a more prominent position. Guiyang is facing the 12th five-year plan before the opportunity of the comprehensive reformation, which should rely on the unique climate and geographical advantages to enhance the level of development and competitiveness of services. At the same time, breaking the old service system, improving the comprehensive service system for tourism, building logistics hubs in the city, constructing the service centers which cover the surrounding areas, developing the modern service industry personnel and constructing the open services. To analyze the modern service industry in Guiyang, with the help of the 12^th five-year plan of Guizhou Province, we have proposed three strategies for the development and acceleration of modern service industry in Guiyang.
