Abstract :
We describe the implementation of parametric behavioral macromodel within the Transmission-Line Modeling (TLM) method. The macromodel reproduce the input and supply port behavior of digital integrated circuit (IC). It is embedded in the 3D electromagnetic full-field code Minisolve through a current source.
