Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to make an theoretical investigation on the error sources in the broadband measurement of complex EM-parameters with an open-ended coaxial probe. Firstly, the measurement model is reviewed in brief. Then, the error sources are analyzed in detail, whereas the error suppression schemes are proposed correspondingly. Finally, the experiment is conducted to validate the feasibility of our analysis.
