Abstract :
Neural network have many advantage, for example self-learning, associative memory function, distributed parallel information processing function, but it has knowledge explain the difficult, initialized weights settings randomness faults. And Fuzzy system has coped with uncertain information, knowledge explains easy advantages, but it has poor learning ability, hard to find out the relationship between rules and rules. This paper combine the neural network and fuzzy system and constitute the fuzzy neural network, than the method have their respective advantages and it has fast convergence and not easily fall into local minimum points characteristics, and applied it to the actual urban traffic control signal of the optimization scheduling applications, good results have been achieved.
