    Energy-saving, low-noisy, pollution-free, and low-cost portable vehicle have a promising future in an era that resources are exhausting and environment protection is pressing. Under this circumstance, it is important to design a light, foldable, electric portable vehicle according to human-centered principle and make some breakthrough in the function and modality.
