Abstract :
In paper transition from a fractal Hertz-dipole to the EH-vibrator for the first time is theoretically shown. Examination is carried out with the help differintegral model operations fractal α-pole. Examples of numerical calculations of scaling indexes for a classical dipole and fractal α-pole are given.
