Abstract
Main probabilistic parameters for reliability evaluation of compound electromagnetic systems are examined in this paper. Models in the form of recurrent expressions are worked out for the probability distribution calculation of count of operating output elements and for the failure frequency in the case when the lifetime of ageing output elements is circumscribed by the Weibull distribution.
