  • Abstract
As we all know, radar radiometric calibration is a very important research in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). The accuracy of radiometric calibration is always the focus of all the researches. In this paper, the authors make a thorough study on radiometric calibration, and put forward a new model of radiometric calibration. Based on the new model, a new method of vectors of Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is proposed. The new method makes an isolated value into a vector which is related to peaks of a radar picture. A lot of contrast experiments have also been done. The result is that with the help of this new method, radiometric precision can be improved a lot.
