Abstract :
Cryptic disasters in airport runway will bring about serious accident like crash. In order to detect and recognize diseases timely, a time-frequency feature extraction method based on Wigner distribution is proposed in this paper. Since different targets have distinct energy distributions in the time-frequency domain, three time-frequency features are extracted, which are focused on the composition and the shape rather than the burial depth of target. Numerical results show that the proposed method is very effective.
