Abstract
Recently synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging has been extensively exploited in risk monitoring, due to the availability of multipass/multiview SAR data for most of the Earth surface and to the popularity of effective techniques, such as Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSI) [1]. PSI allows the accurate localization of ground scatterers and the monitoring of their possible displacements. It assumes a dominant scattering mechanism to estimate the target height and its mean deformation velocity, as well as the deformation time series.
