Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of real-time data transmitting during the first aiding of pre-patients and monitoring out of hospital, this paper designed a 3G-based telecommuting mobile monitoring system. The 3G transmitting module in the system can transmit patients´ real-time physiological data and location data collected by plug-in monitors to 3G mobile networks, then to the internet. Through socket and multithreading program, the server program can actualize the following functions: medical treatment and GPS data´s receiving, disposing, displaying and marking on the Google Earth map. At the same time, the monitoring information can be shared by collecting hospitals´ LAN (local area network) and HIS(Hospital Information System). It turned out that the system is stable and inexpensive. Therefore, it is much applicable in practice.
