Abstract
Wearable devices based on e-Textile would be employed to monitor human gesture continually without invasiveness. An ontology model for 3D modeling of the back end software of smart shirts is discussed. The design adopt Foundational Model of Anatomy and ISO/IEC FCD 19774:200x as reference, comprising three sub-models. The design principles, associations, layouts and high level abstraction of Anatomy Taxonomy, Spatial-Temporal Hierarchy, and Morphological Transformation are focused and illustrated.
