Abstract :
In this paper the interval detection and selection method of radar signals for non-energy polarization parameter - the ellipticity angle is introduced. The considered method is optimal according to the Neumann-Pirson criterion. The correct detection probability for a specified false alarm probability for various signal to noise ratio is also calculated. Recommendations for the given method optimization are proposed.
