Abstract :
In this paper a structure and operational peculiarities of C (~5.6GHz) and Ku (~13.6GHz) band, dual-frequency, tetra-channel, multi-polarization, spatio-temporally combined, Doppler scatterometer-radiometer system is described, developed in Armenia by ECOSERV Remote Observation Centre Co.Ltd. in the framework of ISTC (International Science and Technology Center) project A-1524. The operational range of the system may reach up to 3000m. The minimum operational ranges of the system´s scatterometers are ~3.5m. So the system may be used as well from very low altitude on shore and off shore measuring platforms.
