Abstract :
To effectively evaluate talent training of colleges and universities and promote construction of talent training, this paper provided evaluation index system of teaching work in institutes and departments according to characteristics of talent training of colleges and universities. Based on the sample of evaluate talent training of colleges and universities, and for the requirement of high precision, this paper used nerve network algorithms in assessment of talent training of colleges and universities. The evaluation mole of talent training of colleges and universities is established based on principal component and nerve network. The result of an empirical analysis shows that the model has a high evaluating precision, and it is practical and feasible.
